Full integration between the phone system and ISL’s computer system has boosted efficiency and improved customer service through on-screen dialling, call recognition and call logging. Customer records are quickly displayed in real-time, and can be instantly and easily updated.
On-screen ‘presence’ allows users to see the settings and status of colleagues leading to better time management. Smartphone settings allow notification of missed calls, enabling speedy call backs.
The Auto-Attendant feature enables routing of calls between the commercial business in Bishops Waltham and the retail outlet in Eastleigh.
