Terms & Conditions Changes – January 2016
We refer to the terms and conditions applicable to the Network Line Rental Agreement entered into between us (Line Rental Terms) and the Network Services Agreement entered into between us (Network Services Terms) and our right to vary those terms as stated therein. We hereby give you notice that we have updated both the Line Rental Terms and the Network Services Terms as follows:
(a) By clarifying the definition of Toll Fraud in clause 1.1.
(b) By including additional obligations on you as the Customer in clause 4.1 in relation to the security and management of your systems;
(c) By clarifying in clause 4.2 that our ‘fraud monitor’ services is not a fraud prevention system and as such we have no liability for any breach of your security;
(d) By updating clause 4 to encompass fraudulent activity and recommending that you obtain professional security advice regarding PBX, trucking or other equipment; and
(e) By making it clear that some call tariffs may be subject to a connection or minimum charge call.
A copy of both the Line Rental Terms and the Network Services Terms as varied, and which govern the relationship between us, will be sent out to you with your next bill.
